    JCEE focuses on the implementation and dissemination of knowledge, technology, skills, and innovations through meaningful engagement with communities. The journal welcomes articles that demonstrate clear community needs, appropriate intervention strategies, participatory approaches, implementation processes, outcomes, and contributions to sustainable community empowerment.

    Community entrepreneurship, small and medium enterprises, microbusiness development, financial literacy, creative industries, digital entrepreneurship, marketing, and development of local economic potential.
    5. Digital Transformation and Technology for Communities
    Digital literacy, information and communication technology, digital marketing, technology adoption, appropriate technology, artificial intelligence applications, and technology-based community empowerment.
    6. Health and Community Well-Being
    Community health education, health promotion, preventive programs, nutrition awareness, healthy lifestyles, mental well-being initiatives, and other community-based health programs.
    7. Environmental Sustainability
    Environmental education, waste management, conservation, sustainable development, climate awareness, environmental protection, and community-based environmental initiatives.
    8. Agriculture and Rural Development
    Sustainable agriculture, food security, agricultural innovation, rural entrepreneurship, agricultural technology, livestock and fisheries development, and community-based rural development.
